URGENT task force arrests alleged gang member for selling cocaine | poughkeepsiejournal.com | Poughkeepsie Journal: "known member of the “Folk Nation” street gang was arrested for selling cocaine following a tip received by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team on Tuesday, police said.


Gabriel Valles, 29, of Kingston, was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies, and first degree loitering, a misdemeanor.
Valles was scheduled to appear in Kingston City Court at a later date."

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
