'Rape cop’s five victims' | The Sun |News: "SEX predator cop raped five women and indecently assaulted two more, a court was told yesterday.
PC Stephen Mitchell, 42, allegedly boasted to one terrified victim: 'I'm the law - I can do anything.'
Mitchell allegedly attacked the bewildered women, often heroin addicts or petty thieves, in the cells, his car or on the street.
He raped one junkie in her own home after handcuffing her hands behind her back, it was claimed."

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
