Gary Collins, who checked into a 60-day treatment facility two days after his arrest, was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service; ordered to attend 26 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings (at least two per week); complete an 18-month alcohol-education program; and fined $500. He was also ordered to pay for the damage caused to the parked cars he hit.
He must surrender to authorities by Jan. 10 to start serving his time.
Britney Spears "so lost" entering rehab

Britney Spears insists she entered rehab Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua because she had "hit rock bottom" and was "so lost," and not as a result of depression or alcohol abuse.
The 25-year-old mother-of-two, who recently divorced husband Kevin Federline, admits she was behaving like a child with Attention Deficit Disorder before spending a month at the Promises clinic in Malibu, Calif., earlier this year.
Writing on her Web site, Spears says, "Recently, I was sent to a very humbling place called rehab. I truly hit rock bottom. 'Til this day I don't think that it was alcohol or depression. But the rehab didn't stick. Spears checked out of the facility less than 24 hours after arrival.
Tara Conner

Tara Conner has announced she'll be writing a memoir about her time in rehab.
She spent 31 days at the Caron Foundation rehab facility in Pennsylvania beginning in December 2006, following allegations of wild partying and wide speculation that she would be stripped of her title.
